Booked a room with balcony.

I had varied breakfast. The facilities in the deluxe queen room were MODERN CLEAN, beds were comfortable. Marvellous location of the hotel reassuring to see through disinfecting being done in the public areas.

Great location, just a stone's throw away from restaurants, Mount Kenya, and public areas. Plus, right in the heart of all the action on Jackson Street. the room is neat with a balcony, and the service is top-notch! 🌟

Lovely staff, nice facilities

The staff were helpful, offering excellent service throughout my visit. The facilities were also great and well-maintained. The ambience of the hotel added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant had affordable prices with great Indian dishes and Rose-wine. The breakfast had a delicious and varied selection. Staff were helpful and professional, especially Lisa B. Spacious rooms had everything you need.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to the main shopping center and had a beautiful pool. The room was also very comfortable and well-kept. the breakfast offered a great variety of options that were delicious.

Every time we asked for something, the staff would take forever to respond and even forget about it. The worst part was that we had to wait more than 45 minutes for dinner, and when it arrived, it was cold and not well cooked.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained. I especially loved the hot water bottles that were placed in the bed, such a nice touch. The hotel had a great ambience overall, giving off a relaxed and calm atmosphere. The restaurant offered a wide selection of delicious food, both for dinner and breakfast. I was particularly impressed with the quick service and the fresh and tasty dishes. In addition, the hotel had great amenities such as a swimming pool and a spa lounge, perfect for relaxation. my stay here was spectacular, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to everyone.

We were happy to see staff constantly disinfecting and maintaining the public areas which made us feel safe. the staff was very helpful in the restaurant and went out of their way to make sure we were well attended to. We also enjoyed the variety of food options available and the sumptuous breakfast. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well designed with all the necessary amenities provided.

The check-in process was a bit slow and could have been more efficient.

Complimentary drinks upon arrival were a nice touch. the location was convenient as it was close to tourist attractions. the view outside was stunning.

The service was poor, the staff seemed indifferent towards us. the room was not clean, the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks.
